Time Rate StepDescription

The WRAP Wildfire Time profile was developed from data by Air Sciences in a report to the Western Regional Air Partnership (WRAP) to meet the needs of modeling wildfires in the west for the EPA regional haze rule.  The module invokes a static time profile based on data.  Only appropriate for wildfires.
